How CheckConnect Works

You would use CheckConnect when something needs to be handled in Australia but you cannot be there yourself. That may mean having someone act as your local point of contact, communicate with a third party, attend in person, follow up on an agreed task, or report back on what happened.

Local Representation gives you an established Australian point of contact who can communicate with third parties, relay information, coordinate agreed actions, and provide ongoing local support within an agreed scope.

On-site Attendance is for a specific task where someone needs to physically attend, observe, document, or confirm agreed details on your behalf.

That’s fine. On-site Attendance can be used for a single visit, check, appointment, handover, or other agreed task. You do not need an ongoing arrangement if all you need is someone to attend once and report back.

That’s where Local Representation can help. CheckConnect can act as your Australian point of contact, communicate with suppliers, agents, contractors, or other third parties, relay information, coordinate agreed actions, and help keep things moving without attending every time.

Depending on the agreed scope, CheckConnect can attend meetings, appointments, suppliers, properties, sites, assets, handovers, collections, or other locations where someone needs to be physically present.

We follow the instructions agreed before attendance. That may include observing specific details, asking agreed questions, taking notes, capturing photos or video where appropriate, checking visible progress, or confirming whether agreed details appear to be present.

Where appropriate and permitted, yes. What you receive is agreed before attendance and may include photos, video, observation notes, checklists, or a clear written summary.

Yes, where that is part of the agreed scope. We can compare visible details with what has been described or promised and report any differences we observe.

No. CheckConnect provides firsthand observations and agreed evidence. We do not provide legal, financial, technical, investment, compliance, or professional inspection advice. You remain responsible for deciding what to do next.

Depending on the agreed arrangement, CheckConnect can act as your Australian point of contact, communicate with third parties, relay instructions and responses, coordinate agreed actions, attend where required, receive approved mail or suitable small deliveries, and provide updates.

A virtual office usually provides an address or administrative services. CheckConnect provides an instruction-led local intermediary who can communicate, coordinate agreed actions, and physically attend when required.

Yes, within the agreed scope. We can help coordinate timing, information, and agreed actions between identified parties. We do not manage those parties or make decisions for them.

Every engagement starts with a clear scope. Your instructions, authority, boundaries, timing, and expected deliverables are agreed before work begins. We then report back on what was done and refer anything outside that scope back to you.

Yes. CheckConnect is instruction-led. You remain the decision-maker, and we only act within the authority you have agreed with us.

We pause and refer it back to you. We do not guess, make assumptions, or take unapproved action on your behalf.

No. CheckConnect only accepts engagements that comply with applicable Australian laws and sanctions requirements. We do not provide services to sanctioned or designated persons or entities, or undertake activities prohibited or restricted under Australian law.

We may carry out identity, ownership, sanctions, or other appropriate checks before accepting an engagement and may decline work where we cannot satisfactorily complete those checks or have legal or compliance concerns.

Pricing depends on the service. On-site Attendance is priced around the agreed scope, time, travel, location, attendance requirements, and deliverables.

Local Representation includes a monthly fee that reserves agreed capacity and requires a minimum three-month commitment, with variable costs where applicable. All pricing and inclusions are agreed before work begins.
