Your Local Presence in Australia, On Demand

CheckConnect gives you an ongoing Australian point of contact to communicate with third parties, relay your instructions, and coordinate agreed actions — so you can stay involved without hiring local staff or setting up an office.

Built for remote and travel-limited clients

When Every Local Task Comes Back to You

  • Chasing third parties just to get a response
  • Repeating the same instructions to different people
  • Trying to coordinate local actions from a distance
  • Relying on friends, family, or one-off favours
  • Watching matters stall because nobody is available locally

You need a reliable local point of contact who already knows the brief and can help keep things moving.

Act Local Without Being There

When you’re managing important matters in Australia from a distance, it can be frustrating when every update, follow-up, or local action depends on finding the right person each time.

CheckConnect gives you a reliable local representative who already understands your brief, follows your instructions, and helps keep communication and agreed actions moving.

With more than 20 years of banking experience behind the service, you can expect clear communication, accountability, and clear limits on what we can do.

You stay in control. We help make sure things don’t stall.

Mail & Deliveries

Use an Australian PO Box for approved mail and small deliveries when you need a local receiving point.

Clear Updates

Receive clear notes and updates after agreed actions so you know what happened and what needs your attention.

Defined Boundaries

Know what CheckConnect can and can’t do, with anything outside the agreed scope referred back to you.

Questions You May Have Before Getting Started

Use it when you need a physical local presence in Australia but don’t want the cost or commitment of setting up an office or hiring local staff. CheckConnect gives you someone on the ground who can act as your point of contact, relay information, coordinate agreed actions, and attend when needed.

Local Representation gives you physical presence on the ground without the cost of maintaining your own office or local employee. The monthly fee reserves capacity for you, so you already have a briefed local intermediary available when something needs to be handled.

It means part of CheckConnect’s availability is set aside for you during the service period, so you have an established local intermediary ready within the agreed scope instead of finding and briefing someone new each time.

That’s okay. Local Representation is about having reserved capacity available when you need it, not using the service every month.

There is a minimum three-month term. You can give 30 days’ notice during that period so the service ends at the end of the minimum term, meaning you don’t roll into a fourth month. After that, you can continue or end the service with 30 days’ notice. If your needs change, a new quote may be issued.

You can, but that often means starting from scratch each time — finding someone, checking they’re suitable, explaining the situation, and hoping they’re available. With Local Representation, you already have someone who understands your scope, instructions, and boundaries.

No. You remain the decision-maker at all times. CheckConnect acts only within your agreed instructions and authority. Anything outside that scope is referred back to you before action is taken.
